The mountain stands at a height of about 1,141 metres above sea level and is famous for its breathtaking scenery, peaceful environment, and easy hiking trail. It was named "Little Adam's Peak" because its shape resembles the famous Sri Pada (Adam's Peak), although it is much smaller.

The journey to the summit is one of the most enjoyable experiences for visitors. The hiking trail passes through lush green tea plantations, small streams, and beautiful countryside. Unlike many mountain hikes, the path to Little Adam's Peak is well maintained and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Most visitors can reach the top within 30 to 45 minutes.

From the summit, visitors are rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, valleys, forests, and tea estates. On clear days, famous landmarks such as Ella Rock, the Nine Arches Bridge area, and the rolling hills of Ella can be seen from the viewpoint. Sunrise and sunset are particularly popular times to visit because the scenery becomes even more colourful and magical.

Little Adam's Peak attracts thousands of both local and foreign tourists every year. It offers excellent opportunities for photography, nature walks, bird watching, and relaxation. The fresh mountain air and peaceful atmosphere provide visitors with a refreshing escape from busy city life. Because the hike is not very difficult, families, children, and elderly visitors can also enjoy the experience.
