One of the most interesting features of the Vidyodaya University Sub Post Office is its small mini museum. The museum showcases the history and evolution of Sri Lanka's postal service through a collection of historic postal equipment, old post boxes, vintage letter-sorting tools, postage stamps, cancellations, photographs, and other postal memorabilia.
These exhibits provide visitors with an opportunity to understand how postal services developed over the decades and the important role they played in communication before the digital age.
